My real estate journey began with my exit from Corporate America where i worked in various leadership and consulting roles in the Pharmaceutical Industry. After over a decade in the industry I decided to shift my career to Real Estate to be able to cut down on travel and time away from my family. It was the best decision I could make! My background in Corporate did afford me the ability to assure that my service to clients meets the highest in standards and professionalism. It is not everyday that you meet a Realtor with an MBA, and I hope that every client can see the difference in my approach to meeting your goals.

I have experience in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, but my specialty and passion is for Residential Real Estate. I serve almost all of NJ with the majority of my time spent in Hunterdon County where I have lived all of my life. I also have experience in Somerset, Middlesex, Union, Sussex, Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington, Warren, Bergen, Hudson, Mercer, Morris, and Passaic County. I have worked on Foreclosures, Short Sales, Relocations, Sell-to-Buy, Divorce Sales, Estates, New Construction, Flips, Investment Properties, Luxury, Vacation Homes, and more. I’ve never met a Real Estate project I could not finish. I have a particular passion for First-Time Buyers and educating them for a lifetime of sound Real Estate decision-making.

My goal in working with every client is white glove service, the latest in technology and user experience, and a personal touch. I often reference my ‘Jerry Maguire’ approach to my business. Less clients, and more personal attention. My proprietary listing system including paid advertising, video presentation, and a focus on data-driven analysis, will assure that we make informed decisions together to maximize results. On the buying side, I have a proprietary offer method that involves use of video presentation and top-of-industry offer submission. It is my goal for sellers to feel as though they would be remiss to not work with my clients. Every one of my clients involved in a transaction also gets access to my custom developed transaction tracker so that everyone is aware of necessary steps and no detail is missed. I also maintain a pristine professional reputation so that my colleagues advocate for their clients to transact business with my clients.

I lean heavily on my partner vendors, using the best attorneys, lenders, and service providers who have been carefully vetted and tested to assure the best quality service to my clients. All of my clients receive my ‘recommended service providers’ list that is updated annually to reflect my continued endorsement of their service level. The list spans almost every category a homeowner would need.

In my personal life, I am married with two incredible daughters. My wife is a partner at a renowned Accounting Firm in New Brunswick. I have a plethora of interests and hobbies, including but not limited to Guitar, Record Collecting, and Backgammon. Locally I served for 8 years on a Non-Profit Board of Trustees at Woodlands Wildlife Refuge, I coach Softball and Basketball, and serve on the local School Board. I also love keeping in touch with all of the incredible clients-turned-friends I have made over the years. I hope that I can add you to that list.
